Flexo Machine Operator (Stack Type)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Flexo Machine Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience operating Stack Type Flexographic Printing Machines in the flexible packaging, labels, or printing industry. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, print quality, color matching, and achieving production targets while minimizing wastage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up Stack Type Flexo Printing Machine.
- Ensure accurate color matching, print registration, and print quality.
- Mount printing plates and set printing cylinders.
- Prepare and maintain ink viscosity as per job requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Minimize wastage and machine downtime.
- Maintain production records and machine logs.
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely job completion.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating Stack Type Flexo Printing Machines.
- Experience in flexible packaging, labels, or printing industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of plate mounting, color matching, print registration, and ink mixing.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues independently.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
