Job Title: MICE Client Service Representative
Job Overview: As a MICE Client Service Representative , you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction between our clients and our event management team.
Your primary responsibility is to understand the unique needs and visions of our clients and translate them into successful events.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining open and transparent communication throughout the event planning process.
Foster positive client relationships through regular updates, responsiveness, and proactive engagement.
Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to conduct thorough needs assessments, identifying event objectives, preferences, and specific requirements.
Ensure a comprehensive understanding of client expectations to tailor event solutions accordingly. Proposal Development:
Create detailed event proposals that align with and exceed client expectations.
Incorporate creative and innovative ideas to enhance the overall event experience and provide a compelling vision for the proposed events.
Project Coordination:
Work closely with the event planning and execution teams to ensure flawless implementation of client visions.
Coordinate logistics and timelines effectively to meet client objectives and deliver exceptional events.
Problem Resolution:
Proactively address and resolve any client concerns or issues, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Maintain a solution-oriented approach to challenges, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the event lifecycle.
Budget Management:
Assist in developing and managing event budgets, providing clients with transparent cost breakdowns.
Ensure financial expectations are met, and communicate any budgetary considerations clearly to clients.
Post-Event Evaluation:
Conduct post-event evaluations with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement.
Utilize feedback to enhance future events and continuously improve client service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in client service or event coordination.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
