Relationship Manager – POSP Channel Development (Life & General Insurance)
Job Purpose
To drive business revenue by onboarding new Point of Sales Persons (POSP) and supporting existing channel partners. You will enable partners to effectively sell both Life and General Insurance products through continuous engagement, training, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
· Partner Acquisition: Recruit and onboard new individual agents, sub-brokers, and financial advisors as POSPs.
· Channel Support: Reactivate and support existing channel partners to increase their monthly productivity.
· Product Training: Conduct regular training sessions for POSPs on Life and General Insurance products.
· Platform Enablement: Guide partners on using digital broking portals for instant quote generation and policy issuance.
· Sales Activation: Handhold new POSPs through their first few sales closures to build confidence.
· Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve partner queries regarding commissions and policies.
· Grievance & Claims: Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve operational bottlenecks or claims issues for partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline- MBA marketing Preferred.
· Experience: 2 to 6 years in POSP recruitment, agency channel management, or bancassurance.
· Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with retail and Group insurance lines (Health, Motor, Term Life, Risk, Business and Personal Accident).
· Network: Active local network of potential insurance agents, financial advisors, or distributors.
· Skills: Strong relationship-building, public speaking, coaching, and motivational skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Number of new POSPs onboarded and certified monthly.
· Percentage of active POSPs within the managed portfolio.
· Total premium revenue generated through the POSP channel.
· Product mix balance between Life and General Insurance.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
