The Front Office Executive is responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for customers visiting the Deutsche Motoren. The role involves welcoming customers, managing reception operations, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a premium customer experience in line with standards.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Reception
- Welcome customers and visitors professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate Sales Consultant or Service Advisor.
- Ensure all guests receive prompt attention and assistance.
- Maintain hospitality and customer service standards.
Appointment Management
- Schedule and coordinate showroom and service appointments.
- Manage customer waiting lists and follow-up schedules.
- Confirm appointments through phone calls, emails, or messages.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Collect and update customer information accurately.
- Assist in customer feedback collection and satisfaction surveys.
Communication & Coordination
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally.
- Coordinate with sales, service, insurance, and finance departments.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,289.38 per month
