Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to manage the front office operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, emails, and correspondence
- Provide basic information about the company to walk-in clients
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as required
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience:
0–1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
