Job Description:
We are looking for an Insurance Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in Property & Casualty or Life & Annuity insurance operations. The candidate will support policy administration, underwriting, claims, or servicing activities while ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLA/TAT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day insurance operations (policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, claims or underwriting)
- Review and process insurance documents as per guidelines
- Perform data validation, data entry, and quality checks
- Collaborate with onshore/client teams to resolve queries
- Ensure compliance with process standards and timelines
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of P&C or Life & Annuity insurance concepts
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and insurance systems (preferred)
