Job Title: Founder’s Office – Executive

Job Summary
The Founder’s Office Executive will work closely with the Founder/Managing Director to support strategic, operational, and administrative initiatives across the organization. This role requires a high level of ownership, confidentiality, and the ability to manage cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution of key business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Founder in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives
- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, F&B, Housekeeping, Finance, HR) to track progress on key projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review and decision-making
- Assist in business analysis, data tracking, and performance monitoring
- Manage the Founder’s schedule, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure effective time utilization
- Act as a point of coordination between the Founder’s office and internal/external stakeholders
- Support in implementation of new processes, SOPs, and operational improvements
- Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive business information and communications
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks
Requirements
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in business operations, consulting, founder’s office, or similar roles
- Experience in hospitality, start ups, or service industry is an advantage
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related field
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of organizational and multitasking capability
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity
