We are looking for a Fashion Merchandiser to handle backend production coordination for our Jeans & Shirts manufacturing operations.
The role will involve coordinating with hand fabricators and production teams, following up on production status, ensuring quality standards, tracking timelines, resolving production issues, and making sure orders are completed and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up with hand fabricators and job workers.
- Track production quantities, quality, and timelines.
- Ensure fabricators complete work as per the production plan.
- Coordinate between office, fabricators, and factory teams.
- Identify production delays and take timely corrective action.
- Monitor quality and ensure required corrections are completed.
- Maintain daily production updates and reports.
- Support the team in achieving production targets and delivery deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
