The Baker’s Choice is looking for a high-energy, result-driven Sales Outreach Specialist to help us expand our footprint across India and International markets. If you are a smooth talker, a persistent hunter, and want a role where your paycheck has no ceiling, we want to hear from you.
The Role
Your primary mission is to identify, contact, and close deals with bakeries ranging from local artisanal shops to large-scale international chains. You will be the face (and voice) of our brand, turning cold leads into long-term partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Outreach: Conduct 20–30 high-quality cold calls daily to Indian and International bakeries.
- Lead Sourcing: Research and identify potential B2B clients using LinkedIn, Google, and industry directories.
- Deal Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from the first "Hello" to the final purchase order.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain a clear log of calls, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
- Relationship Management: Build a friendly relationship with bakery owners and pastry chefs to ensure repeat business.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English: You must be able to communicate confidently and professionally with international clients.
- Sales Instinct: Proven experience in cold calling or B2B sales (experience in the food/bakery industry is a massive plus).
- Research Skills: Ability to source fresh, high-quality leads independently.
- Self-Starter: You don't need a boss looking over your shoulder; you are motivated by targets and commissions.
