- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders and handle cash/card payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the food truck, kitchen area, and equipment
- Assist with food preparation, packing, and stocking supplies
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
- Set up and close the food truck before and after operations
- Monitor inventory and report low stock items
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment
- Ensure smooth daily operations during busy service hours
