Key Responsibilities:
Academic Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry to students of Classes XI and XII as per the prescribed CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare annual planners, lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and teaching aids.
- Deliver engaging and interactive classroom sessions using innovative teaching methodologies.
- Conduct practical classes and demonstrations in the Chemistry laboratory.
- Integrate technology and digital learning tools into classroom instruction.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and revision schedules.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Design and conduct periodic tests, assessments, practical examinations, and projects.
- Prepare question papers and marking schemes as per CBSE guidelines.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate academic records.
- Provide remedial support to students requiring additional academic assistance.
- Analyze examination results and implement improvement strategies.
Laboratory Management
- Ensure safe handling and proper usage of laboratory chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain laboratory records, inventories, and safety protocols.
- Supervise students during practical sessions and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Student Development
- Mentor and guide students academically and personally.
- Prepare students for board examinations, Olympiads, and other competitive examinations.
- Encourage participation in science fairs, exhibitions, and research-based activities.
- Foster scientific curiosity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Parent & Stakeholder Communication
- Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and provide feedback on student progress.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding academic performance and improvement plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance student outcomes.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and student portfolios.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, training sessions, and school events.
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
- Adhere to school policies, CBSE regulations, and academic guidelines.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging.
- Proficiency in laboratory procedures and safety practices.

Educational Qualifications
- Graduatio & Post Graduation Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per hour
