Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales staff to build a high-performing team.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales plans and campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Performance Management: Set clear sales quotas, monitor daily metrics, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare sales forecasts, monitor department budgets, and report progress to senior management.
- Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with key clients and resolve escalated customer service complaints. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

- Proven track record of success in sales (often with experience as a top-performing Sales Representative).
