About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive our sales initiatives, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B , B2C sales, LinkedIn outreach, outbound calling, and institutional sales, along with a solid understanding of offline and online marketing strategies.\
Key Responsibilities
Create Sales Plans: Develop tailored strategies for both offline and online marketing.
LinkedIn Outreach: Generate leads and build relationships with colleges and institutions.
Outbound Sales: Reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, and conduct product demos at institutions and partner sites.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through new business acquisition.
Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships and ensure smooth client on-boarding.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities and competitive solutions.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and present reports regularly.
Client Meetings: Conduct exploratory meetings with clients to understand requirements in detail.
Sales Tools: Contribute to and improve the exploratory question bank for deeper client engagement.
Must-Have Qualifications
Knowledge of offline and online sales strategies.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in product or service industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and LinkedIn outreach skills.
Hands-on experience with outbound calling and lead generation.
Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, etc.)
⭐ Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply (hired as interns initially).
