We are seeking a Manager – International Sales & Alliances to drive business growth and strategic partnerships across APAC markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building new markets from the ground up, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across geographies.
You will play a pivotal role in establishing FinBox's presence in the region, developing go-to-market strategies, building relationships with leading financial institutions and fintechs, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, customer discovery, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for FinBox's products across assigned APAC markets.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, industry events, partnerships, and strategic networking.

Conduct market research and generate actionable insights to support regional expansion and business growth.

Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across customers, partners, and the broader fintech ecosystem.

Stay current on trends, regulations, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities within the digital lending and fintech landscape.

Collaborate closely with Product, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Legal, Delivery, Finance, and Leadership teams to drive successful customer outcomes.

Identify and cultivate strategic alliances that can accelerate market penetration and revenue generation.

3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, alliances, or go-to-market roles.

Proven experience selling enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or technology solutions to BFSI customers.

Strong understanding of the lending, banking, fintech, or broader financial services ecosystem.

Experience across APAC markets and cross-cultural business environments is desirable.

Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles, including prospecting, stakeholder management, negotiations, and deal closure.

Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and drive market expansion initiatives.

Strong techno-functional acumen with the ability to translate business challenges into technology-led solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experience working with enterprise clients and multiple senior stakeholders.

Exposure to API-first products, lending technology, credit decisioning, underwriting, or fintech infrastructure solutions is preferred.
