- Daily operation and maintenance of boiler and related equipment.
- Monitor pressure, temperature, fuel consumption and water level to ensure safe operations.
- Perform routine checks, cleaning, and minor repairs of the boiler system.
- Hands-on experience working with biomass boilers.
- Maintain boiler logs, safety records, and report any malfunction.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Handle emergency shutdowns and restart procedures as required.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth operation.
- Valid Boiler Attendant Certificate (1st or 2nd class as per local/state norms) is mandatory.
