Job description
We are looking for a dynamic Placement & Corporate Manager to drive student placements, build strong corporate partnerships, and expand industry collaborations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing placement opportunities, organising recruitment drives, developing employer relationships, and generating revenue through corporate tie-ups and training partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, MSMEs, startups, and MNCs.
- Drive student placement activities and achieve placement targets.
- Organize campus drives, job fairs, hiring events, and industry interactions.
- Generate new corporate partnerships for recruitment and training collaborations.
- Coordinate with branch teams to improve placement outcomes.
- Negotiate and manage corporate agreements and MoUs.
- Track placement data, prepare MIS reports, and analyse hiring trends.
- Represent the institute at industry events and networking forums.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, Recruitment, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong network with HR professionals and corporate decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel for corporate meetings and placement activities.
