- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain application performance and reliability.
- Document design specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials.
- Strong knowledge of financial modules within Oracle EBS and their integration with other business processes.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Oracle EBS applications to meet unique business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle EBS.
- Familiarity with Oracle database concepts and SQL for effective data manipulation and reporting.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in application design and deployment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
