Avani Eco Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and maintain joining documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Assist in employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee database and HR reports.
Eligibility
- Graduate in BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, BA, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply (remove this line if only experienced candidates are required).
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and HR processes.
- Experience with job portals like Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
