F & B Supervisor
Job Summary
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and supervising kitchen staff. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen activities
- Ensure food is prepared and served according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation
- Train and guide cooks, helpers, and kitchen assistants
- Check inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Reduce food waste and control kitchen costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Inspect kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
- Assist in menu planning and scheduling when required
- Handle staff issues and support smooth teamwork in the kitchen

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Food handling/safety certification preferred
Working Conditions
- Standing for long hours
- Working in a hot and busy kitchen environment
- Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays may be required
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
