Reporting To: Director / VP – GrowthAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to drive growth for our B2B Marketing Services business. The role involves acquiring and managing clients across FinTech, Payment Services, Digital Banking, CRM, HRTech, SaaS, and Enterprise Technology sectors.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling B2B marketing services and building relationships with senior decision-makers within target organizations.Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across FinTech, Payments, CRM, HRTech, SaaS, and Technology sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Growth Leaders, Revenue Leaders, Partnership Heads, and Founders.
- Present and sell the company's B2B marketing services portfolio, including:
- Demand Generation
- Lead Generation
- Data Research & Market Intelligence
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Content Marketing
- Digital Marketing
- Marketing Automation
- PR & Communication Services
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized client solutions.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive developments within FinTech, SaaS, CRM, HRTech, and Technology sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Proven experience in selling B2B Marketing Services to organizations within one or more of the following sectors:
- FinTech
- Payment Services
- Digital Banking
- CRM
- HRTech
- SaaS
- Enterprise Technology
- Strong understanding of demand generation, lead generation, digital marketing, ABM, and related marketing solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling marketing services, lead generation services, market research services, digital marketing services, or business consulting solutions.
- Existing network within FinTech, SaaS, CRM, HRTech, or Technology companies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
