Inbound VOICE process
LOCATION-AIRLOLI,MUMBAI
Fresher or Min 1 yr experience in in voice process
Shift time
8am to 8pm(any 10hrs)
5 days working, 2 Rotational week offs(1 week off in training)
Job role
Resolve the queries and complaints,convenience the customers over the calls
Qualification
Graduation is mandatory.
SALARY AS PER EXPEREINCE .
LANGUAGES-ENGLISH,Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu.
