Role Overview
We are looking for proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition professionals to manage end‑to‑end hiring for field‑based technical skilled based (ITI/Diploma) hiring for site & operational roles. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, and coordinating high‑volume frontline hiring while ensuring timely closures and a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical (ITI/Diploma) based skilled hiring for site & operational roles

Source candidates through job portals, agencies, referrals, local networks, and field sourcing

Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and coordinate in‑person assessments

Manage high‑volume hiring pipelines and ensure timely closures

Coordinate interviews with operations teams and ensure smooth onboarding

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, training partners, and community networks

Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, and MIS reports

Occasionally travel to sites for drives, mobilization, and bulk hiring activities
Requirements

3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in blue‑collar/field hiring

Strong sourcing skills and understanding of on‑ground recruitment channels

Ability to manage bulk hiring and multiple open positions simultaneously

Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable with field visits and occasional travel
