Job Title: Sales Executive (Electronics Retail)
Location: South Bazar, Kannur, Kerala
Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our electronics retail team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a basic understanding of electronics. Candidates with an ITI qualification and hands-on experience in basic electrical or electronic repairs will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
- Explain product features, specifications, and benefits.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are well organized.
- Assist with inventory management and stock handling.
- Learn about new products and keep up with industry trends.
- Perform basic soldering and minor electronic/electrical repairs when required.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical components.
- Ability to perform basic soldering and simple repairs is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- ITI (Electronics, Electrician, or related trade) is a plus.
Qualifications
- Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or above.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous retail sales experience is an added advantage.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience, technical skills, and performance.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
