Job Summary
The E-commerce & Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing online marketplace operations, inventory control, warehouse activities, order fulfillment, and coordination with logistics, procurement, and finance teams. The role ensures accurate inventory, timely dispatch, smooth order processing, and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations
* Manage orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Shopify, WooCommerce, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, and other marketplaces.
* Process daily B2C, B2B, and Omni-channel orders.
* Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
* Coordinate with customer support and marketplace account managers.
Warehouse Operations
* Handle inward and outward material movement.
* Supervise receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
* Ensure proper storage and bin management.
* Maintain FIFO/LIFO inventory practices.
Inventory Management
* Monitor stock availability and stock reconciliation.
* Perform cycle counts and physical stock verification.
* Investigate inventory variances and resolve discrepancies.
* Maintain inventory accuracy across ERP and marketplaces.
* Track damaged, returned, and non-moving inventory.
MIS & Reporting
* Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
* Generate Sales, Inventory, Return, GRN, Dispatch, and Payment reports.
* Analyze stock movement and inventory ageing.
* Support management with business performance reports.
Coordination
* Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Sales teams.
* Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of customer orders.
* Support internal and external inventory audits.
Required Skills
* Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Power Query, SUMIFS)

Preferred Experience
* 2–5+ years in E-commerce, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management.
* Experience with SAP, Unicommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Warehouse Management Systems.
* Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and marketplace operations.
