Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead and oversee all HR functions within the organization. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring effective talent management, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Manage compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Lead HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 12 to 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Compliance, and organizational development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in change management and transformation initiatives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- HR certifications
- POSH Certification
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
