We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to connect with inbound leads, understand customer requirements, and help businesses adopt ShopSynq.
Responsibilities
- Contact inbound leads generated through Meta Ads and other channels
- Understand customer requirements and business challenges
- Conduct discovery calls
- Schedule product demonstrations
- Follow up through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain lead records in CRM
- Work closely with the founder and sales consultant
- Achieve monthly conversion targets
Requirements
- Tamil communication skills are mandatory
- English communication
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and CRM tools
- Strong willingness to learn sales
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome
