Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Business Development Associates and Academic Counselors. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech sales, team handling, and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly admission targets.
- Monitor daily performance and ensure team productivity.
- Conduct training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Support team members in lead conversion and admission closures.
- Develop sales strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
- Track team performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in EdTech Sales with team handling experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team.
- Experience in admission counseling and sales closures is preferred.
