Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager who can build and nurture strong relationships with large corporates and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying high-value business opportunities, pitching our products/services to key decision-makers, and successfully onboarding new corporate accounts to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and connect with large corporate and enterprise-level companies as potential clients
- Pitch products/services to C-level executives, procurement heads, and key stakeholders in corporates
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Lead end-to-end corporate onboarding — from initial outreach and product demos to contract closure
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value corporate prospects using CRM tools
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements with corporate clients
- Collaborate with internal teams(operations,logistics,product)to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery
- Prepare and present customized proposals, presentations, and sales collaterals for corporate pitches
- Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and referrals
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates to senior management
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of proven experience in B2B / corporate sales or enterprise business development
- Demonstrated track record of closing deals with large corporate or MNC clients
- Strong network within corporate procurement, admin, or operations departments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle long sales cycles and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and corporate events
- Self-motivated with a hunter mindset — capable of generating leads independently
Ideal Candidate:
- Someone who thrives on big targets, loves building corporate relationships, and is not afraid of boardroom-level pitches
- Someone with the good communication skills and fluent in English(mandatory)
- Education: MBA (Sales / Marketing / Business Development) or equivalent
- Technical Skills:
■ Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar)
■ Strongabilitytocreatesalesdecks,proposals,andpresentationsusingPowerPoint/Google Slides
■ Comfortable with Excel for pipeline tracking, MIS, and sales reporting
■ Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
