Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in ServiceNow implementations to lead enterprise-scale projects from planning through deployment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing cross-functional teams, stakeholder communication, Agile delivery, and multiple ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery, including planning, execution, UAT, deployment, and support.
- Manage cross-functional teams comprising Developers, Architects, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts.
- Drive implementations across ServiceNow Core Platform, Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM), Source-to-Pay, and GRC.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC best practices, and ServiceNow governance.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communications.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- 5+ years managing enterprise ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, Workflows, Integrations, and Data Models.
- Experience delivering projects across Core Platform, WSD, EAM, FSM, Source-to-Pay, and GRC modules.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, project planning, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or Implementation Specialist).
- PMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master Certification.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps implementations.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as Financial Services or Healthcare.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
