Job Summary
Space Wings is looking for a proactive and skilled IT Engineer to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and security systems while providing technical support to employees.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
* Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related problems.
* Maintain data backups and ensure system security.
* Monitor and update antivirus, firewalls, and security protocols.
* Set up and manage email accounts, printers, and office devices.
* Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and services.
* Maintain IT documentation and inventory of hardware/software.
* Ensure minimal downtime and smooth functioning of all IT systems.
* Recommend technology improvements to enhance business efficiency.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
* Knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office.
* Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data backup procedures.
* Familiarity with routers, switches, printers, and cloud-based tools is an advantage.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
