Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Assembly Technician (Fresher) to assist in assembling mechanical and structural components as per company standards. The candidate will work closely with the production team to ensure proper assembly and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in assembling mechanical or structural parts.
· Follow assembly drawings and work instructions.
· Operate basic hand tools and power tools.
· Perform fastening, bolting, and alignment activities.
· Conduct basic functional checks after assembly.
· Ensure components are assembled as per quality standards.
· Maintain records of work completed.
· Follow safety protocols on the shop floor.
Required Skills
· Basic understanding of assembly processes.
· Ability to handle hand tools and equipment.
· Basic technical drawing reading skills.
· Good coordination and manual dexterity.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred
· Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environment.
· Knowledge of steel structure / container assembly (if applicable).
