Job Title: Banking cum Accounts Executive.
Department: Accounts & Finance.
Location: Panchkula, Sector 5.
Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head.
Job Summary:
The Banking cum Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day banking transactions, maintaining financial records, supporting accounting operations, and ensuring timely processing of payments and receipts. The role requires coordination with banks, project sites, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Banking Operations
- Handle daily banking transactions, including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and cheque payments.
- Prepare and process fund transfer requests as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with banks for account opening, account maintenance, and banking documentation.
- Monitor bank balances and maintain proper records of transactions.
- Follow up with banks regarding DDs, BGs, LC documentation, and other banking facilities.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
Accounts & Finance
- Record and maintain accounting entries in ERP/Tally software.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain records of invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing activities.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and various MIS reports.
- Monitor receivables and payables and coordinate with concerned departments.
- Support statutory compliance activities related to GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Construction Industry Coordination
- Coordinate with project sites for collection of bills, expenses, and payment requirements.
- Verify supporting documents received from sites before processing payments.
- Assist in monitoring project-wise expenditures and financial records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in Banking and Accounts.
- Experience in the Construction/Infrastructure industry preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
