- Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff
- Ensure smooth KOT management and timely order execution
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance
- Coordinate with service team for order accuracy
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and kitchen discipline
- Handle rush hours and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train junior kitchen staff and maintain productivity
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
