Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporates, startups, PE/VC-backed
firms, and listed companies
Own the complete sales cycle — from outreach and meetings to proposal creation,
negotiation, and closure
Build and nurture relationships with marketing heads, communication teams, CHROs, CFOs, founders, and decision-makers
Develop tailored pitches and proposals across service verticals including IPO films, employer branding, investor communication, and corporate storytelling
Collaborate closely with the creative and production team to understand and scope client requirements effectively
Represent JSE Adcom at corporate events, networking forums, and industry meetups
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client accounts
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients
Preferred Candidate Profile:
2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, advertising, media, PR or Marketing
Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills
Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and corporate interactions
Understanding of corporate communication, media, advertising landscape is a plus
Self-started mindset with the ability to manage the sales pipeline independently
Ability to sell ideas, solutions, and communication outcomes - not just services
Mumbai-based candidates preferred
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
