Job Summary
CTL India Pvt. Ltd. – Tropic Knits Division is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations for our apparel manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in export and import logistics, shipping documentation, customs compliance, freight management, and supply chain coordination within the garment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations for domestic and international shipments.
- Plan and execute export and import logistics activities.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other export documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and logistics service providers.
- Handle customs clearance and ensure compliance with DGFT, EXIM regulations, and international trade requirements.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Negotiate freight rates and manage logistics budgets effectively.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Planning, Warehouse, Finance, and Customer Service teams to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Manage container planning, shipment consolidation, and transportation planning.
- Monitor logistics KPIs such as OTIF, transit time, freight cost, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance.
- Prepare MIS reports and analyze logistics performance for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors and service providers.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, MIS Reporting).
- Knowledge of Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Road Transportation.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Certification in Supply Chain or Logistics Management will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 8–10 years of experience in Logistics within the Apparel/Garment Manufacturing Industry.
- Experience handling export-oriented garment manufacturing operations is mandatory.
- Experience working with international buyers and global supply chain operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
