We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Order Processing & Dispatch Executive to manage end-to-end order operations across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily order workflows, ensuring timely dispatch, maintaining inventory accuracy, and managing returns and claims efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage seller account operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify.
- Handle order processing from order confirmation to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage and update inventory levels across all marketplaces to avoid stock discrepancies.
- Prepare and manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments.
- Monitor and process returns, replacements, refunds, and customer claims.
- Track order performance and resolve any operational issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and dispatch reports.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data handling, reporting).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
- Familiarity with multiple e-commerce platforms and seller dashboards.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes is preferred.
