We are looking for a skilled PostgreSQL Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team and support the administration and operations of PostgreSQL Community Edition databases for business-critical workloads.
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Onsite
Experience: 5-6 Years
CTC: ₹12–13 LPA
Employment Type: Full-Time
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience in PostgreSQL Database Administration.
- Experience with PostgreSQL Community Edition in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL High Availability (HA) and Replication.
- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing.
- Experience with TimescaleDB, including single-instance and HA environments.
- Expertise in backup, recovery, restore testing, and disaster recovery processes.
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage database incidents, troubleshoot issues, and prepare RCA reports.
- Experience with database monitoring, health checks, capacity management, and operational support.
