Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer calls and inquiries professionally
- Assisting in preparing and coordinating menus as per client requirements
- Collecting customer feedback and maintaining records
- Supporting the marketing team in day-to-day activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Good communication skills (English preferred)
- Basic coordination and client handling ability
