Job Title: Product Analyst
Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Product Analyst to join our growing community-focused startup. You will sit at the intersection of product, data engineering, and community operations.
Your primary mission is to translate complex user behavior into actionable insights that drive user retention, engagement, and community health.
You will also get to play the role of product manager and eventually move towards product management
Key Responsibilities
· Track Engagement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for user activation, daily engagement, and member retention.
· Analyze Networks: Study user interaction patterns, sub-community growth dynamics, and content virality within the ecosystem.
· Run Experiments: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests for new community features, onboarding flows, and notification strategies.
· Build Dashboards: Create clear behavioral tracking dashboards using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Tableau for cross-functional teams.
· Uncover Insights: Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand why users churn or what behaviors trigger long-term community loyalty.
· Collaborate Daily: Partner directly with Product Managers, Engineers, and Community Managers to prioritize the feature roadmap based on hard data
· Product management: Work with business stake holders, UI-UX designers, tech team and lead building community growth focused features
