Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online platforms, referrals, walk-ins, real estate connections, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients including homeowners, builders, architects, and corporate clients.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Meet potential clients to understand their requirements, budget, and project expectations.
- Present company services and interior design solutions effectively.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.
- Encourage referrals and repeat business through client satisfaction initiatives.
3. Sales Conversion & Revenue Generation
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare quotations and project proposals.
- Follow up with clients, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
4. Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Increase brand visibility through social media, SEO initiatives, customer testimonials, and online engagement.
5. Offline Marketing & Partnerships
- Participate in exhibitions, real estate expos, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Develop strategic partnerships with architects, builders, channel partners, and real estate consultants.
- Generate business opportunities through networking and referral channels.
6. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media insights.
- Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports.
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
7. Marketing Collateral & Content Support
- Assist in creating brochures, presentations, portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all marketing communication aligns with company branding guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales independently.
