Security & Network Administrator
Location: Varachha, Surat (Onsite only)
Experience: 4 to 5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
We are looking for a skilled Security & Network Administrator to manage the company’s IT infrastructure, network security, firewall configurations, and server environment. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Fortinet/FortiGate firewall management, Windows Server Administration, network setup, switch configuration, and troubleshooting.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and monitor Fortinet/FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies
- Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, network switches, routers, VLANs, and internet connectivity
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Mail, Gitlab and Group Policies
- Monitor network traffic, server performance, system security, and infrastructure uptime
- Troubleshoot network, server, hardware, and software-related issues
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, antivirus management, and security patching
- Manage backup, restoration, disaster recovery, and data security processes
- Provide technical support to internal teams and maintain IT infrastructure documentation
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices
- Be available at the branch for critical situations, new implementations, or when required.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Fortinet/FortiGate firewall management
- Hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Mail, VPN, VLAN, routing, and switching
- Experience in network setup, switch configuration, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices and network security protocols
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery management
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field
- Certifications such as Fortinet NSE, CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent will be preferred

- Ensure 100% availability during critical implementations or emergencies.

- Timely backup completion and recovery readiness
- Respond to on-site requirements within 1 hour of notification.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
