Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead all core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities and experience in the textile or apparel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and documentation.
Plan training programs and support workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience in the Textile/Apparel or Manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
