Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage the complete customer journey—from handling leads and conducting follow-ups to accompanying clients on site visits and supporting deal closures. This role requires someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands customer needs, and is passionate about sales.
Key Responsibilities : Lead Management
- Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective buyers.
- Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and partner networks.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and buying intent.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Customer Engagement
- Build relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Resolve customer queries and maintain engagement until closure.
Site Visits & Sales Support
- Schedule and coordinate site visits.
- Accompany clients during site visits and present project highlights.
- Coordinate with the sales team and developers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist customers through the booking and documentation process.
Reporting & Coordination
- Update CRM, maintain follow-up records, and submit daily activity reports.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the management.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for better lead conversion.
Who We're Looking For
- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, CRM, Telecalling, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable travelling for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- 2 or 4 Wheeler mandatory.
Preferred: Candidates with prior real estate experience.
