Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Communicate with Russian-speaking clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Promote company IT products and software services to prospective clients.
- Handle end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Required Skills:
- Russian language proficiency is mandatory (Read, Write & Speak).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in IT sales or software sales.
- Good understanding of business development and client management.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
