Job Summary
The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative, strategic, and coordination supportto ensure smooth functioning of the MD’s office and company operations.
The role involves calendar management, stakeholder coordination, meeting preparation, travel planning, and project follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative SupportManage MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and priorities.Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.Maintain confidential documents and official records.
2. Meeting & Communication ManagementCoordinate internal and external meetings with clients, dealers, and partners.Act as the primary liaison between the MD and department heads.
3. Project & Business CoordinationTrack project timelines and strategic initiatives.Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and project teams.Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.Follow up with teams to ensure execution of MD directives.
4. Travel & Event ManagementArrange domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, and itineraries.Organize dealer meetings, corporate events, and management meetings.
5. Confidential & Personal SupportHandle sensitive business information with strict confidentiality.Assist with personal tasks, travel planning, and schedule managementwhen required.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
