Job Title: Zoho CRM Developer
Location: India
Workplace Type: Remote
Job Summary
The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love for you to be a part of it as our Zoho CRM Developer.
As our Zoho CRM Developer, you will own this platform end to end — administering it day to day, maintaining and hardening the existing implementation, and building new capabilities as the business grows. This is a broad, single-owner role spanning hands-on development and day-to-day administration. You will sit within our software engineering team, reporting to a US-based Engineering Manager on a globally distributed team, and partner with a product manager who leads feature prioritization.
We run a Zoho CRM and Zoho Flow implementation that powers the sales operations for our home warranty business and is expanding into marketing and other operations. The system includes roughly a dozen custom modules and a body of Deluge automation, and now needs a dedicated in-house owner.

What You Will Do As A Zoho CRM Developer
Own day-to-day administration of Zoho CRM: users, profiles and roles, modules, fields, layouts, reports and dashboards, data hygiene, and validation and assignment rules, supporting end users across sales, marketing, and operations
Read, debug, maintain, and extend the existing automation, reverse-engineering and documenting it as needed
Build new features and server-side functions (Deluge, Node.js, or Java) as we enhance the CRM’s sales flows and extend into marketing and other operations
Modernize existing automation to Node.js or Java where it improves maintainability, and help shape how the platform evolves over time
Maintain and improve integrations between Zoho and our backend, via Zoho Flow and APIs, working alongside the backend/API owner on the team
Document the system as you go, so critical knowledge no longer lives only in individuals’ heads
Partner with the product manager and with sales, marketing, and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into sound CRM configuration and data-model decisions
What You Will Bring As A Zoho CRM Developer
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
3+ years of hands-on Zoho CRM administration and configuration
Proven ability to read, debug, and maintain Deluge automation; deep prior Deluge tenure is a plus but not required if you can become productive quickly
Strong scripting/programming ability in Deluge or Node.js for building server-side functions
Working understanding of CRM data modeling — modules, relationships, and the trade-offs behind them
Experience with at least one integration approach (Zoho Flow, webhooks, or REST APIs)
Comfortable reverse-engineering an existing, lightly-documented system and owning both build and administration in a single role
Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Developer/Administrator), or equivalent experience, are desirable. Exposure to the broader Zoho One suite (Creator, Desk, Analytics, Books) is a plus
Strong understanding of database management and data security principles
Proven experience working with US based business teams
Excellent written and communication skills in English language
Must currently reside in or are located within 150 km of Greater Delhi NCR, Greater Bangalore, or Greater Pune
Working Hours: 8 Hours (Excluding breaks) — 4 Core US Hours Overlap (7:30pm–11:30pm IST), 4 flexible hours (IST)
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
The application window for this position is anticipated to close in 2 weeks (10 business days) from July 27, 2026. Please know this may change based on business and interviewing needs.
