Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and calls with professionalism and clarity
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Production, and Service departments
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Maintain CRM and customer databases, ensuring timely updates and follow-through
- Support the sales team in lead generation, client communication, and order tracking
- Liaise between customers and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and service quality
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- Industry Background: Experience in Equipment Manufacturing or SPMs is highly desirable
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
- Coordination Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email correspondence
