Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails in both Spanish and English regarding flight bookings and travel inquiries.
- Provide customers with accurate information on fares, itineraries, travel policies, and visa requirements.
- Assist clients with flight reservations, modifications, cancellations, rebookings, and refund processes.
- Use GDS systems (such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) and internal booking tools to manage reservations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate assistance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Prior experience in travel sales, customer service, or a call center environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.
- A customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
