Job Title: Operations Manager
Experience: 7–10 Years
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily travel operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel operations or Destination Management Company (DMC) operations, with proven leadership and vendor management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple destinations and services.
- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, and Vendor teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships and contracting strategies.
- Monitor service quality, pricing, and operational performance.
- Control operational costs and optimize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the operations team.
- Track operational KPIs and implement process improvements.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and uninterrupted service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or Tourism specialization is preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in Travel Operations or Destination Management Company (DMC) operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams.
- Strong leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
- Financial awareness with the ability to manage operational costs and margins.
