Head – Finance, Banking & Strategy**
Experience: 5–8 yrs | CTC: ₹8–13 LPA*
Note: Day-to-day accounting already runs under an experienced accounts team on Tally. This role sits above that — strategy, banking, and oversight, not bookkeeping.*
Key focus:- Fund raising, bank/NBFC negotiation, equipment-finance structuring- Loan refinancing, debt sequencing, capital-structure planning- Working capital, cash-flow management, budgeting- Cost control, tax-efficiency strategy, financial controls- Oversight of accounts, GST/TDS compliance, audit coordination- Receivables, project costs, monthly MIS, strategic support to management
Preferred:- CA / CMA preferred; strong CA-Inter with heavy-industry experience may apply- EPC, mining, power, steel, infra, logistics, or equipment-heavy background- Hands-on with banks, NBFCs, working capital, refinancing, or fund raising — not audit-only- Equity, valuations, or IPO/pre-IPO exposure a plus- High integrity and confidentiality
